FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are Tables, Chairs, Etc. Provided?
No. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own items.
Is Electricity Provided?
No. Vendors who need electricity should bring their own source of power.
How Busy Are These Events?
As with any public event, you never know how many people are going to show up. In the past years, we've had success with our events. With over $1,000 in advertising, large banner placement right in front of the fairground, and bringing in popular beach music bands, we're sure this event will have a great turnout!
What Type Of Advertising Do You Use?
Most of our fundraisers and events are HEAVILY advertised through Facebook. We also typically secure a prime Noon spot on WBTV News to speak about our upcoming events. Other modes of advertising for these events include radio and newspaper. Signage is also placed around the event area.
I Sell For More Than One Company. Can I Sell Items From Both Companies At My Booth?
No. We like to open up opportunities for multiple vendors. Anyone wishing to sell more than one specific type of item should plan to pay for an additional spot.
I Don't Like The Spot I'm In. Can I Move?
No. Our spots are assigned and organized to keep similar vendors separated. There are no "prime" spots for our event.
Where Does The Money Go?
Any money raised from our vendor events go directly into the Iredell Choral Society's Community Outreach Program. Through this program, we offer multiple community events and drives including clothing and our highly popular back-to-school drive each year. Funds are also used to purchase music and equipment for the choir and to cover costs associated with our resale shop.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Every penny raised for this event goes directly to advertising this event and to our Community Outreach Program which assists needy families. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds to vendors who change their minds about setting up. Vendors may, however, choose to receive a tax-deductible donation letter for their vendor spot payment if they are unable to attend the event.
